An Explosion of Flavor is a program designed to promote locally-owned restaurants in Ruston and Lincoln Parish and highlight their impact on the economy. The goal is to entice local residents and tourists alike to get out and eat in the area’s homegrown restaurants.
What are the dates of An Explosion of Flavor?
The 2009 Explosion of Flavor is set for June 15–August 15, 2009. However, the 10% discount coupons will not be available during the 2009 Squire Creek Louisiana Peach Festival, which is set for June 26–28, 2009.
